An NZXT Phantom 410( maybe an 820, less likely) with a CRT, either because they're cheap or because CRTs have no latency, either way, eww.
820, CRT is used for emulating older titles and for Dreamcast games.

Even with the lower latency, I just can't ever go back to a CRT... I have a pretty nice 24in IPS LED with 2ms latency. The only problem is I can't afford a second one, let alone the third I want...
I wouldn't mind replacing the TV with a IPS, the only reason I haven't so far is because all the consoles connected to it.
