Yep, the original GPU died and the only onboard graphics is HDMI, I've replaced all the other hardware with new stuff but I'm get to buy a GPU to use my DVI screen.
I like it, how did you go about painting it? like what paint did you use and how did you have to seal it and such?
I took it all apart, sanded it down, primed it twice with spray cans, gave it two topcoats through a proper paint gun, aerosol lacquer and then polished it. Took about 5-6 weeks to complete the painting alone.
Well the work paid off, it looks fantastic. I was thinking of doing something like this to my case, but I don't have the proper supplies, and id hate for it to come out any less than perfect.
I am interested in a picture from the inside of the case. I used to be in love with Alienware's cases.
