That's not how the gif is used D:
That's probably why he used it
No, he used it more like an approval gif.
We should let him speak for himself
Both of you are an inspiration to me.
Is it me, or is your middle monitor upside down compared to the others?
It seems to be a bit lower at the top and stick out at the bottom. The upside down was a guess for a possible cause, but it could also just be the photography angle.
Its because its on a diffrent stand. Its also another monitor, but they are exactly the same size, so thats not it..
Bezels are just not my cup of tea.
With debezeling they are manageable. I like having horizontal monitors for browsing the web.. and in gaming they disappear for me, after about 10 minus. But I can see where you are comming from. Its certaintly not ideal, but in the end 3600x1920 > 2560x1600
Just looking at your wall paper, your monitors aren't set up right.
There is just not any bezel compensation at the moment
No you're monitors are physically different heights.
May i ask what monitor your friend has, it looks fitting towards my setup
Oh, it just looks cool because there is no bezel on it, well thanks for the reply
Nice post, fellow friend. May I suggest to you a so called "desk mat" for your setup?
What kind of deskmat would you suggest?
Idk, I haven't looked much into them. Kinda like those huge mousemats.
It's a NZXT Switch 810.
Are those speakers DIY? They have an interesting finish. Nice station by the way, the only thing I'd change right away is the mouse.
Yeah, they are DIY - Old as hell. And why would you change the mouse? I mean, i know its Razer quality and the fact that it is overpriced, but has not broken on me yet, and I assure you, I will change it when it breaks! :)
What monitors are those? I realize the bezels are removed I'm just wondering the model.
The middle one is a LG 24EB23TM, and the side monitors are both ACER V243PWLYMD. All three are 1920x1200 24" screens.
How was the process of debezelling the monitors? Was it easy to do?
The two acers were easy and nice to work with, has nice metal, supports displayport and does not have the VESA mount built into the shell, but the metal part of the screen. The LG, however, was a pain in the ass. I had to make a custom bracket for the VESA mount (ducktape, mutherfuckker). It was really not that hard. Just search on Debezeling on youtube, and find a guide. THere is thousainds of them. I used a flathead screwdriver to pry up the casing. As soon as I found one weakspot, it was pretty much just to continue with the motion and finish the job. Then screwing in the VESA brackets was simple.
Can i get a link to that lovely wallpaper!?
Yo . . . compensate for your bezels in your drivers . . .
Is your top card sagging? or is it my eyes fucking with me?
Yep, it is sagging, however the angle of the picture makes it seem like its saggin a whole lot more than it actually is.
Actually a dead animal? What is that?
This is pretty badass, though it does look a little silly with the outside monitors' stands hanging off the edge. Do you plan to vesa mount them (or get a bigger desk :P)?
