What fov settings did you use? My 7680x1440 setup dosn,'t work well on planetside

Yeah PS2 sucks at widescreen and I sure hope they fix it. Firstly we all use the PS2FOV fix.. which isn't supported and some say you can get banned for it but tons of people use it (me since beta) without any issues. So my FOV is like 80 or something and 140 when in a vehicle.

How are you playing one game across 3 computers? Or are you playing 3 games across 3 computers with 3 monitors each?

What resolution are you running ps2 in? I thought multiple monitors weren't supported yet.

They've always been supported. You can pick any resolution have setup in windows. The problem has been #1 the GUI was totally screwed, the menues didn't work, hard to select loadouts but that has been fixed almost 100%. I have to run at 5*** x 1050 reso not 1080 or the bottom of the menus are cut off still though (it's 5*** because it's a custom bezel reso I can't remember).

I'd get annoyed with having other people in the room as I play, but great setup anyways. =P

We do lans for social. We spend more time drinking and shooting the shit han playing sometimes. The 3 people and having access to glance their screens is pretty valuable in PS.

Definitely! While we call it our "gaming" night, really it's about hanging out and drinking some beers, banging some tunes out and hanging out. The end result was just a bonus!

The 3rd rig doesn't normally run widescreen. We threw this together really last minute, and with some GPU swapping and we came the realization we could run all 3 rigs like that. Thankfully we managed to grab a couple old monitors laying around to make it all work!

GTX670 or 6970s depending on rig. Sometimes SLI / Xfire but in the case of Sat every machine was running only 1 card.

I have a nice rig, tattoos, planetside 2 and beer. :(

It's just starting to be cool in Australia so it's pretty pleasant in there with the windows / screen door open. By the end of the night most of us have hoodies on =-).

I have a question to those that know alot about hooking up multiple moniters. Can you hook up so many to the point where you have a 360 view?

Nothing helps in Planetside. Its a major clusterfuck all the time.

It helps, it's not a game changer by any means. But we don't do it to get and edge, we do it because drinkin brews with crew and rocking PS2 is awesome.
