Very. The buttons are pretty flat and you thumb glides over them. Not only that, as it is the natural position of your thumb on mice, I personally don't move it that often, so I hardly notice them.

Yeah extremely, I use the buttons in wow but when I'm browsing they don't get in my way and I hardly notice them.

As you can see, I'm trying to go for a red theme. I still can't find a mouse that glows red, so if anyone knows a good mouse that glows red let me know.
