Now this is my kind of r/gaming setups submission! One picture and a really badass set-up. I love you.

Are you basically using a normal monitor as a TV for a 360, or is there something else at work here?

Pretty much. It can be switched over to my pc, but I don't see a reason to =p

I'd have appreciated a wider, better lit shot.

I have those on my old submission, which I linked in an earlier comment. I can get a better shot of the new monitor if you'd like.

Don't worry I was just expanding upon ShazbokMcClouds comment, cause I like the post, but the picture was a bit underwhelming. No worries though, great setup you have there.

What mount have you used to set the top monitor up?

It's a Rocketfish swivel mount. It was cheap and suited my needs.

Would you recommend it? I have monitors like yours (except I only have 2 in the middle, I don't have 2 either side) and I use a disgusting mount for the top monitor; it has no tilt so it is in an awkward position, both aesthetically and for functionality.

Its a wall mount, while the 3 main ones are just on stock stands on the desk. Its useful and if you are taking a similar approach, I'd say yeah.

Yeah it's identical to your middle two (apart from it looks shit because of my inferior mount), so thanks.

How much is cheap?

I was thinking about one of those too since I'd prefer to not drill holes in my wall

I didn't know anyone like Scream by Chris Cornell. Anyways, that's a sweet looking setup! I like the Xbox screen on top. Been trying to figure out the best way to do that myself...

What screens do you use? I have an old BenQ and thinking about switching.

Acer V243H 24" I got them a couple years back for cheap. They were the thinnest bezel for the price at the time.

Maybe it's just me, but when i click that coolcomputersetups link it shows me a picture of some animal on the hood of a car.

Could you not have just run your Xbox off the center monitor on a different input?

I could, but I have gotten used to using all my monitors for one thing or another on my pc. It's a spoiled luxury I suppose.

If you ever want to add another monitor, you could also use one for TV. (But, presumably, you're probably using one of the others for streaming video, instead.) Cool setup, though.

Nah. Recline the chair, put your feet up, lay back and game on the xbox.

Do you always have Steam open just displaying your games?

Honestly, yeah. I use my middle and right screen heavily, so I leave my games or movies up on the left side for distraction.

Make it a ps3 monitor and you get a 10/10.

I'll probably add one to it.
