Computer Setup

The rMBP sitting on top of a book, lower than the desk, scares me to death. I would be afraid of something rolling off the desk onto it or knocking it off.

I'm actually very paranoid when it comes to putting things too close to the edge of a table, so I think it's very unlikely that something would fall off there.

I personally think Henge Docks are extremely ugly :P

Yeah, it has Thunderbolt so I could use that as well, but I had a MDP-screen since before and I obviously undock my Macbook more often so this setup works fine for me.

It's an Ibanez Prestige... Don't remember the exact model though, wish I were better at playing them :p

Love the setup, but are Apple displays really that good? I have Apple products, and I love them but I've never been sold on their displays. I just find them to be too expensive for something I can get cheaper from a different brand.

I think they are really good. When you look at screens with high quality the price gets high pretty fast.
