Ok question. I see that you have your computer on the floor. I've been wanting to do this to clear up some space but I'm afraid of the PSU overheating because it has the fan facing downward. Am I wrong of this?

It's definitely not a good idea to put it on top of the carpet.

What's stopping you from flipping the PSU over?

Mostly the dust vent on the bottom I like it and it feels like it keeps it cooler that way also.

Well it won't be cooler if it's on carpet though...
