What kind of bulbs are those in your lights
I would like to know this too, i've been wanting to get something similar.

The desk is a dining room table from Craigslist and the hutch I built.

What do you mean exactly by custom made projector screen?
Fixed projection screens normally run over $200. So instead I went out and bought the screen material for 85 and used wood and trim to make a frame and stapled the fabric to it. Project cost about $120.
Nice job. Do you think you can disassemble it if you ever move?
Projectors plus your usage of 'cave' remind of Plato's Allegory of the Cave.
