I have the same keyboard and the only problem i have had with it is the caps lock placement but i quickly got used to it
Also have this keyboard. I won't lie, as far as keyboards go it's noting too special, but I think thats what I love about it. the backlight is fuckin awesome though. Backlit keys are HIGHLY underrated.

I've got the same ones for my TV, and for just normally watching TV (as opposed to watching movies) they're pretty decent, especially for such a low price.
If you're looking for a good keyboard that isn't stupid expensive. MS Sidewinder x4 is definately it. I own one too.
3 of the keyboard (which is mighty nice), and none of the case? it's like a GW post without boobs!
