Any suggestions for my terrible cable management?

Go to store and buy you a pack of zip ties. If you're wanting to make it look really good honestly, I would just unplug everything you have there, pull all your cords out and just start all over, going cord by cord zip tying them neatly together. Roll up any extra slack in your cords and zip tie it.
