Please swap the monitor and the case - it hurts a little even to look at the setup this way. You will feel more comfortable,too.

Imo put your speakers up a little higher, woofer at ear level and make them the same height

Looks like your case is hanging off the desk a few inches. This makes me extremely nervous.
