Are mopads really all that? My friend's just got some rokits and doesn't seem to believe that mopads do anything, any advice from an owner would be appreciated. Also, nice setup!
In my case they are very important. Without them my desk would buzz anytime a low frequency emits out from the monitors. They do their job in that case perfectly in my experience. For room treatment however I'm ordering a Gik Acoustic room kit here soon and hopefully that covers the rest of my room sound.
These mopads are those gray blocks under the speakers I'm assuming? Could I use some of those for my Logitech bass that shakes the floor like ass in a club?
You know I'm not sure. I know that isolations pads are very common in production to reduce noise. You could always try I suppose, if it doesn't just ship them back to Amazon. Auralex MoPAD
