Your bookshelf speakers are not positioned correctly! They should be ideally at face-height, and toed in at 60 degrees, forming an equilateral triangle with your head.

I know, I know. It drives me nuts that I can't aim them properly with the stands I have! Thanks for pointing that out though. They're not toed in as far because they make a triangle with my bed (which is from where the first photo was shot). Maybe someday I'll get around to fixing their positioning! They're Bowers & Wilkins 685 bookshelf speakers.

You can get some cheap standoffs (not sure the correct name) that tilt your speakers up/down. Or you can even go the cheap way and just get four rubber door stops (the kinds you put under a door to stop it from closing).

You may want to check the direction that your V8 is blowing.

Yep you're correct. Mine's blowing down, but it's because it doesn't clear my case's side fan when oriented the proper way.

May I ask what multi monitor mount that is and where I could get it?
