Also, try raising your monitor a bit higher. Put it on top of a box or something. The top of your monitor should be leveled with your eyes.

Ya. I think an actual desk could be nice. Nothing fancy, just not made of plastic.

Slide everything to the left on the desk. And put the PC on top of it as well.
