Thanks! That's a Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP. We've been together for a while, I used it as my main monitor (along with a 20" 4:3 Ultrasharp) with my last build.
Specs on that Macintosh? ;)
27" powered by an Intel i7 3770 at 3.4ghz. 24GB of RAM at 1600 MHZ, and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX with 2048 MB. Has a 1TB drive inside but boots from a Kingston 128GB SSD through USB 3.
Lovely setup, those brightly coloured walls are great for creativity.
As a fellow Diamond 10.2 owner you really should give them more space to breath. while they are called "bookshelf" a more suitable name would be "standmount". Get the rear ports away from the wall and you notice a massive increase is sound quality
I wish I had a little more room for it. In my next setup I will!
Yes! It's a shame on those audio gear setup.
How is that Technics turntable? I picked up one of that same model at a tag sale and I'm debating if it's worth putting effort into fixing it.
Some of the Technics tables are super valuable and definitely worth it. If yours is like mine though, I wouldn't spend too much time on it. Mine is in great shape and I plan to keep it running for the foreseeable future. I put a new Grado cartridge on it a couple years ago and haven't had any trouble. If yours needs more than that, you might try putting it on eBay and finding one that already works.
