Just use a piece of tape on the back side of the desk to hold it at a length you like.

Very good. Can't go wrong here. 300 Ohm though, so make sure you can drive them.

Can you tell me the bass, i like a little and i know sennheisers have very very great amounts of it.

If you want a cheaper alternative with even less bass, try also Audiotechnica ATH-AD700.

Sennheisers in general are not bass heavy by any means.
