Why are you using an adapter for your video card? That psu has 2x 6+2 cables.

I have 1 cable that has 2x6+2 on it, but for some reason it does not get sufficient power. My guess was its either faulty or it can't get get the power because its still coming from just one cable. This just seemed to work, it is my first build so I'm no expert haha

The card is fine and psu, I mean the cable may be faulty. This set up works for now I guess

Yeah, so contact who I linked you above, if the cable is faulty then he'll send you one.

It's an I5 3450 3.1GHz, actually the only part that wasn't new because it saved a bit of cash. pulled from my old Dell XPS

I'm thinking about getting one of those mats for my work bench when I build it. I love those things.

UK yes, Things are usually more expensive and take longer for no reason.

How's that asus 780 working for you? Did you hook it up on those two monitors? Or is it just one?

Brilliant mate, love it. 2 monitors are in the one card but Because one is a crappy TV i only game on my LG. I need a new one to be fair but have to save a little more

Noice. Lookin forward to gettin one of those beasts this summer. I wonder if it could run a 1440p monitor at extreme settings. Where'd you get the mat anyway? Amazon lists it at round 22-24 bucks.

I had to return an R9 and 2xZotac 780's so I was chuffed to bits this one works and really well may i add, cool and quiet. You can get them direct from tekmat or whatever, I got mine as a gift so not sure where but it was imported to the UK

You had to return 3 cards? Tough luck. Reviews are unanimous on which non-reference 780s are the quietest + coolest. Nice setup, OP. Really like the gun mat.

Its great, none of my friends have them and they aren't too common (yet) so that was a bonus. Huge as well :p

Does the mouse pad aspect of it any good?? I have a razer deathadder 2013

It's cloth on neoprene foam like 90% of the other mouse mats out there It wont hamper or increase you performance much if any just looks cool.

Well its all about the aesthetics, if you like the look I'd say its worth it. there are different ones but when you get down to the basics its a big mouse mat haha

Not going to lie, I've never actually gotten the point of Gigabytes 3D BIOS. I was a little confused when I found out my mobo had that.

I seen it briefly and you can use your mouse and it looks a little better ....
