You have way too much money for a teenager.
Fuck I was just going to say that :c
Agreed. He does put it to good use though :T
Where did you get the money for all of that?
I have a job as an IT consultant that pays about $17/h. I work for the money, none is handed to me.
I wasn't implying that you were spoiled or anything. I really am blown away by this station though, good post.
Where did you get the desk, I think I have found the perfect desk for my room.
Sorry buddy, I custom built the desk with my father. I did design it, however I no longer have the CAD files on hand. Total coast was around $200. Something similar to this would cost around $1000+
You should be saving that for college.
Some does go to college, but I don't mind paying off loans in the future.
Lol none is handed to me. You pay for the mortgage?
Those beauties in the earlier stations are no longer with me. Sadly, I don't recall the brand. Though the two in my current setup are some old Speakerlabs.
Do you get any weird interference or weird audio properties with the speakers being at 90deg and behind you?
Not really, this room is very acoustically sound. I have panels on the walls receiving the waves from those speakers. The floor also has an acoustic lining under the wood to absorb any excessive bass that might rattle the room. Normally when using those speakers I sit a bit back as I'm using them for movies or enjoying some rock music. The studio monitors are for everything else (gaming, edm, music production, ect.)
Glad to hear it. acoustic lining in your floor? holy shit. I had a pair of floor speakers at 90 and sometimes i would get audio dropouts/wave cancellation in certain places in my room.
What's your wallpaper in the earlier pictures?
