Everytime I see one of these it makes me jealous so many out there have nerd GF's.

Honestly, before meeting my wife I thought the same when seeing/hearing other perfect gamer couples. It's a rare event and I know I am truly one of the lucky ones. I would give words of advice but frankly she just walked into my life.

As a dude with a super nerd GF, you can't go out into the world looking for a nerd gf. You need to go out into the world just being open to all situations. My gf did not walk into my life, she fucking kicked the door down to my life and pulled my out into our life. One of the best things to happen to me.

I thought the left setup was yours, there being female avatars on the wallpaper, but the monitors are smaller..and we all know OP would not let the wife have monitors larger than him!

Her parents had an extra monitor not in use around the time that I started building hers. So I based her second monitor purchase on her already free one. We don't mix and match monitors in this household. :) Point is that if I were to have it my way, we both would have the same monitors, size and manufacturer.

I totally understand that. No reason to spend the extra money just to have hers the same as yours.

However, you're right to say that most His & Hers gaming setups are depicted as the males having bigger and better equipment. I don't get what the big fuss is about anyways. I love it when women pwn male gamers.

I like when they are relatively equal, with yours being a perfect example. Then again, if the female is only interested in Facebook, there's no reason for her to match the Male's Tri-monitor monster PC either.

Can you tell me more about that string lighting? I really like it and I'm planning to turn my office into more of an oriental theme (all black and white themes, bamboo shades, zen, etc) and I think those lights look really neat.

Hahaha! I was contemplating whether or not to use them for the longest time. I'm usually the type of person that would keep a nice black case "pure" and without stickers. I still don't know what changed my mind. Boredom?

Well...She has a sound bar and I have 5.1 surround. There is some shafting going on when you look deeper. (No pun intended)
