Work Station - Computer Setup

How loud is it when its up and running? my fully air cooled haf-x with fans in every spot available running on low settings is clearly audible, but much quieter than my parents' store bought computer.

Depends on the rpm of the fan.
Maxxed out is very loud, but even that overclocked i need low rpm so is pretty silent.
Fan are 3 Noctua nf12 and a Silverstone air penetretor 180mm in the front
