That stuff is maybe $10K total, and he probably didn't buy all of it at the same time, so i don't see where thats out-of-this-worldish. Many people buy $30K+ cars and nobody cares.

Yeah, it's ONLY 10k total. Also, people who buy cars for 30k+ are more likely than not, rich, because I would only get a car for about ~5K used.

Heh - it's far too heavy to knock off (the case is a big heavy steel thing).

As a fellow 800D owner, I agree it sure as hell is a "big heavy steel thing". I love how you have yours set up and how it doesn't seem out of place. Mine barely fits underneath my desk and I have nowhere else to put it.

How do you find the MALM desk from ikea? I believe it's the one on the right. Any quality issues? Is it hard to put together? Thanks! It looks awesome.

They're pretty good - they're actually both MALM desks, I just haven't fit the side pull out table thing on to the one on the left.
