Whats up with the monitor?

It's a custom machine that integrates a monitor.

Where did you get that?

Is that computer upgrade able? or does it use laptop parts? Proprietary PSU? What kind of video card can that thing push? Otherwise nice machine ill have to check em out! My son wanted to get a new computer for christmas.

I just looked at the website, you can get them with a titan. Seems like it'll handle whatever you want.

I tried it out with a gtx 590 for shits and giggles and it seemed to fit.

I have the website it's from to another comment. It's definitely upgradeable, mini-itx motherboards, 2u server psu, 2.5" hard drives, and video cards up to 10.5" long.

Well no, probably not the same model since they suck dick, but that style of computer, yeah.

That would make sense if the vents for the monitor were located directly on the back.

Regardless of where the vents are located it still gets hottest at the back. That's like saying "it's fine to leave icecream on the stove because the air conditioner is on".
