God that custom theme. How to I get one?

It is Rain Meter, you can customize it to however you like. I just changed my wallpaper right after these pictures that lines right up with the clock in the center. It sometime does include going in certain skins or whatever they are called and editing a few things, but it is simple. Hope you all enjoy! :)
