What's that on the tv screen? I dont think I've ever seen a screen like that on XBOX...

That is a custom interface for a modded Xbox. That is why OP has 2 Xboxes. One is for online, while the other is JTAG'd/Reset Glitch.

This is correct, I use the JTAG for when i work in the field and will be gone for a long time and do not want to bring all my games with me

Not my best job but im about to move so i was not going to put all the time to make it nice just to take it all down
