Is the keyboard a buckling spring?

Im pretty sure its the ibm model m13. i tried reading it but my eyes glazed. feels like pretty good 'click' feel and very loud. idk if that helps

Pop off a keycap, if you want to know for sure.

Couldnt tell ya... its kinda old and my mom bought it for scrapbooking.
