Computer Setup

The only expensive thing is the imac. both a gift to myself and an investment in my work as a programmer. everything else is cheap, and purposeful. i don't have anything excessive, and the rest of the room is pretty bare. but you're entitled to your opinion i guess.

Dont get me wrong, your setup is not excessive or snobbish at all...but its also not humble. Humble is a netbook hocked up to a 19" monitor in a college dorm, you have around $2000 of quality sitting on your desk. Not to mention the awwww bengal ;)

Lol guilty. I know what coolcomputersetups I am in, and while I do think apples products are quality (but overpriced), I do wish I had converted to a gaming pc instead. I hate updating consoles every few years, but it sucks when all your friends are on consoles.

I like mac, im using a Macbook pro (although i wish i had made a hackintosh instead) but the magic mouse is just the biggest pile of bull shit ever made on this planet

I found magic mouse to be good for internet browsing, but if you want to play video games, you're out.

Ikea desk snob here, that desk is actually the FREDRIK. It is a nice desk, but not quite as solid as a GALANT.

Ah you're totally right. I thought mine looked different. Damn, I want that glass top now lol. Doubt they would have shipped it though, and I live a few hours from the nearest ikea.

I'm absolutely loving it. before shipping, it was $100 bucks. you just can't beat that. the extra arm room and cord storage is great. the only thing that sucks is i had it shipped and one of the legs got dented a bit and there's a small dent on the front of the desk.

I would love a desk like that!

So many people feature their cat in their gaming setup pictures. Never had I seen a bengal. Ultimate jealousy.
