I have the exact same Dell LCD with the same vertical swivel, and I love it though I mainly just use it to read comics...

I usually use windows key and arrows to arrange my windows, but it doesn't work on my vertical monitor. Did you arrange those windows manually?

I use a tiling window manager (i3-wm) to arrange windows on the center and laptop monitors. The left monitor is connected to a separate server computer, and shows a fullscreen terminal running the weechat IRC client. You can make splits in weechat so that's what you're seeing. :)

Have you considered either a KVM, or something like mouse without borders?

I use synergy for administrative tasks that need a mouse. Other than that it just displays IRC logs. :)

I have to ask. Just how many IRC networks/channels are you part of, in total?

Hehe, glad you asked! Four networks, and out of those one is hosted locally and functions as a gateway between Facebook <-> IRC and Skype <-> IRC. 40 channels in total. :-)

What screen? Looks similar to the one I use, Dell 1905FP

The back of it says 1901FP. Got it for a bargain price when a nearby school's IT department sold old equipment real cheap. I regret not buying two of them!
