I have an identical bottle next to me. the cap is goldish. judging from the apparent level of the liquid in the bottle (mostly full), the fact that only morons hardly anyone drinks everclear straight, the color of the top of the bottle in the picture and the slightly awkward position of his mouth...yeah, im pretty sure the cap is on.
