Every time I see a pic like this of EVE it makes me miss playing more and more.
The xblade case was my first case, I loved that thing. Also the exact same desk.. :P
Me Too, So Much Love, such awesome Value.
Pretty sure the Plastic Hinge door cover and side panels dont sit on nicely anymore.. but its still here.
When I first got it I just laid in bed looking at it's glory.
So what's your favorite distro?
When Steam big screen mode came out i know i needed to get a htpc in the living room, i tried xbmcubuntu and then went with linuxmint with xbmc frontend on the TV. i use opensuse and ubuntu at work though- love opensuse cause of the yast gui to begin with but once i learnt a little more ubuntu with apt-get is pretty inclusive.
I hear ya. Try Debian or Arch one of these days, you sound advanced enough for it.
Glad to see I'm not the only one with cables everywhere :D.
What inch screen are those?
Dell 27 inch u2713hm 2560x1440
At least some point during the 8 years you learnt to hold a camera still ;)
OH Yeah! i had nfi how to take a photo.. pretty sure that 3megapixel camera was worth like 300 dollars back in the day and pretty sure it never took a decent photo in its life.
You are still equally horrible at cablemanagement though.
Sup eve! 3 screens and only one client... Lavish :D
Dear God, cable management.
Why is cable management so important to people in here? I can't keep a setup in the same configuration for more than three months. I'm always changing how things are plugged in, it seems like a waste to make it all tidy.
Cable management is big with people who don't ever move their shit or aren't the ones actually doing the work to make the cables disappear(s/o's, bosses, housewives, mothers etc..) and just don't want to see them. This computer shit isn't magic, it requires cords to make it work and sometimes it can get messy but not everyone can accept that.
