Thank you. Al Green is one of the most sampled artists in all of hip-hop. I have a couple of Al Green records now that I think about it.
Is that a standing station next to the sitting station? If so, nice idea. I've heard alternating standing and sitting is supposed to be the most healty.
Yes it is. Since I have back issues, I try to rotate how much time I spend sitting AND standing. I also make sure that when i'm doing any work on the musical keyboard Im standing up as I am able to control my posture more and relieve the strain on my shoulders and back.
