Where the hell are all these simple desks coming from? I swear there isn't a place near me that sells a simple flat desk like yours. By the way are you mic'ing the guitar through an amp or going direct into the focusrite? Awesome setup!!

I got mine from Ikea. Do you mean electric or acoustic? I plug my electric straight into my focusrite but I have a small Zoom H1 stereo mic which (although its a bit noisy) is actually really nice. It captures a lot of the room

I dont, the one I'd like is £600 so it'll have to wait. To be fair the speakers go pretty low considering their size :)
