It's a Mad Catz V7. I've had it for about 6 months and honestly if i could go back I would get a mechanical keyboard. but other than that it has treated me great.
I really dig my Razer BlackWidow. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a good mechanical keyboard.
Actually, it is the E9 with the E7 docked. It is an older model but it does the trick and I got it from a friend for a reasonable price.
I also own the E11 but that lives at the office now.
Your mouse looks like it could be a transformer.
You can adjust it in three different locations and change the weight so it's pretty close.
