Computer Setup

Woah chammp, that looks great ! You, for once, managed to clean up your room, have fantastic cable management, and as a sidenote have a great setup as well. What is running that rig?

Thanks! Love it when someone appreciates all the effort I put into it. There is 2 rigs there and nothing special really. The main one has 16 gig tipple chan ram, HD7770 video card, AMD Phenom™ II X6 CPU. I cant remember the motherboard gigabyte GA-770XXXX Something like that haha.

Assuming you game on all three, that cannot at all be enough! how do you cope!? :)

Surprisingly its fine the games I play are not crazy, graphically intense but I do play my first person shooters on all 3 with eyefinity and it sits comfortably at about 80fps

I have to ask in here. Which shooter? and which settings?

Yeah that's the next thing on the list to replace hahah its pretty bad.

Have a look at the Ikea Markus! £125 in England and its amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if its the most popular in the world. 10 year warranty too...

I bought it from a business that was getting rid off it on gumtree. Not sure where it originally came from sorry (most likely some supplier that deals only in office furniture for big companies.)

How are you liking the ourobouros? I always wanted to get one, but they were always out of stock. I ended up just getting a func MS-3. Nice setup by the way!

Thanks for the props on the setup! So far I am LOVING the mouse. I only have 2 problems/issues with it. 1. I wish it had a little more weight...It just seems a little light. 2. When the mouse is inactive for some time it turns itself off then you have to move it to turn it back on (to save battery I assume) but it has a few seconds input lag when turning itself back on.

Seriously? You don't even realize that you have both your speakers setup on the right side of your desk? Do you have 2 right ears?

It's a 5.1 surround sound system the rest of the speakers are there... You can only see the sub the center and the 2 lefts.

Ah, I see. Still, it's not setup properly. :p
