Yep, went to the K70 from my old K90 as I had no use for the macro buttons. Plus I like the black finish in combination with the red LED's better.
Ahh, yeah. I have a whole black/red theme with my setup, s it should fit it fine. Just a bit unsettled with the price
Yeah, definitely not the cheapest unfortunately. Also be aware that the cable is stiff as a bastard.

Is this your led lamp? where did you mount it?
Haha I actually went to LED strips instead (got them strung on the cable rack under the desk). Main reason being I wanted something that wasn't as point based.
Ok, now i'm confused. you just said you use LED strips instead and you said you use this floodlight. which one is it?
Sorry I buggered up a word...I am not using the LED lamp anymore, only the strips.

Just got that keyboard a week ago and love it. Which cherry keys did you get? Also, what's the depth of your desk? I'm looking at building a desk from a flush door slab and have a few numbers to choose from (30"-38")

Word of advice get rid of the lamps on the desk. I used to have a lamp right there and when i removed it my gaming improved phenomenally
