Does the macbook not get really hot? + do you have a link to that USB to DVI?
Along with this question do you notice any lag from the USB to DVI adapter?
The macbook gets a little warm. i do a lot of video and CAD work on it, but i take it out every day to go to class so its not roasting in there. there is a little bit of lag when when watching videos the audio isnt perfectly synced. and you cant have 2 chrome tabs open together on 2 different screens as one will flicker. but ive quickly gotten used to the lag
