It's nice. It's much more comfortable than the WASD on the keyboard because it allows your wrist to straighten as opposed to bending on the keyboard. If you're using it just as default keys, it doesn't go quite as far right as I'd like it to (Stops at T,G,V) but it's definitely very configurable and I love that. Buttons like M for map or J for journal can be bound to the leftmost keys. I find myself not actually using the thumbstick, which was originally half the reason I got it, but its other features completely make up for it.

Do your GPU fans just hit the other cards? Can't they get over heated? I've always wondered.

Nah, they move air from the front end out the back. Older ones moved air vertically, but once SLI/Crossfire became more common, they started making fans that moved air horizontally like these to avoid the problem. However, heat still rises and these cards produce tons of that, so the top card is usually 10-20C warmer than the bottom.

Mmhmm! Forgot to mention, as far as overheating goes, most modern cards will downclock themselves to avoid damage and reduce heat. These don't get that hot, but there's always that failsafe.

64 gigs of RAM, is that ever necessary? [Serious]

For video editing and other non-gaming uses apparently applications like photoshop will use up as much ram as you have, making whatever you are doing faster. So I guess for that stuff you can never have enough. But I think this guy just wanted 64 gigs of Dominator Platinums for the swag.

Out of interest, did you choose to name it Hyperion after one of Kenneth Oppel's books? It is thanks to that book I plan to name my first superyacht the Hyperion. Still stuck on names for the 2nd and 3rd though.
