You've gotta get the cable management together behind those monitors, very sloppy especially since that is the side of the desk that faces the interior of the room.

Perhaps, but it seems like a lot of effort that people would rarely notice. And to re-do it a few times a year for LAN parties.. I'm not that concerned about it ;)

All you need is like four hooks, two vertical, two horizontal. The cables can rest in them like channels, you can use velcro and semi-permanent fittings to keep your options open. It would look so much better.

I wish I could tell you. I've had the 2-story desk for as long as I can remember, it's at least 10 years old. The other one is around 4-5 years old, but not very special.

It cost around 140€ in Ikea (Belgium). It's black and red and has cushions everywhere.
