That is the "Skeleton" by Antec. It's an open-air concept case. The 200mm fan at the top cycles through the color spectrum continuously, or you can set it on a single color.

Awesome case, but the dust in my part of the world would kill it. I had to switch to a case with filters on it just for that reason. Nice build though.

It actually accumulates much less dust than you'd expect because that huge fan on top blows "downward" onto the components. It's moving so much air that normal amounts of dust get blown off before it can settle. HOWEVER, if you are in an environment like yours were there is a lot of dust or sand in the air, then it's probably not the case for you. In a situation like yours where you need to actually filter the air coming in, then it would be a lost cause for sure.
