I would agree and say Win8 it's amazing. I skipped Vista and 7 and went straight to 8.1 from XP. Maybe it's because of the ten-or-so-year jump I took but 8.1 is fantastic.

Agreed, I have a surface pro and windows 8.1 is great both with a touchscreen and without on my desktop
