27" iMac with a 23" NEC display (for photo retouching and color correction). The last two images in the album are of my old setup (a 2008 15" Macbook Pro) for comparison.
Is that a Wacom Intuos medium or small ?
It's the small one.
Thanks for replying. Ive been looking for a good size perspective on those for some time , and now Im buying one :)
You're welcome. Just keep in mind that while the tablet itself is about 7" x 8", the active area is 4" x 6"
Macs are not extremely powerful computers, but damn they look so nice
They can be pretty powerful, you'll just have to pay up.
I got the i7, although I'm only running 8G of RAM currently. I figured that I could upgrade the RAM later, and it's still a HUGE improvement over the 4G I was running in my laptop. :)
Thanks dude, but when i think of macs i dont think of them as a gaming rig. I myself own one and i use it for music production and photo editing. But damn an i7 and 32 gigs of ram is powerful
And what's really nice about them, ever since they switched to Intel from the PowerPC processors if you're a Mac guy, use it for music/video production, etc, and you also want to play PC games on it, you can dual boot Windows, so it will be like playing a game on a regular Windows PC with the same specs.
I have an older imac, it has an i5 and 8 gigs of ram but it overheats easily so i never thought to use it for gaming
