How do you find it working/playing next to your wife? Ever play games together?

I'm looking for a desk exactly like that for my boyfriend and me. We are using a yard sale table atm lol where did you get this?

How do you like the Blue Snowball mic? I want one for gaming but I'm afraid it would pick up the sound from my speakers. Also, I've heard that you have to be very close to the mic for people to hear you. Is this true?

I just got one recently. If you're gonna be doing any recording on any mic, you need to wear headphones and have nothing coming out of the speakers. But yeah, the Blue Snowball is pretty insensitive on its own. It works well with programs like Mumble that allow you to change the levels it picks up, but just standard computer input into Fraps or something will be too quiet from a distance, even with your computer's recording devices setting cranked up. I've resigned to just having it sit right in front of my mouth when I record a video.

I hope one day if I have a husband, we can set up a dual computer setup together. One can only wish!
