What does the foam do on the bottom of your case? I am assuming it is for noise reduction?

Yeah, noise reduction. I wouldn't say it's doing a ton though.

I can only assume. but would like to know the reasoning behind it as well and if it makes a noticeable difference at all.

I just looked up "Adalight" and I'm really, really impressed! How difficult was it to configure yours?

How's the 11" Air? I really want one seeing as its the cheapest MacBook, but I'm afraid it's too small.

I wouldn't use it as my main machine, but it's great for travel and bed/couch use.

I want to get it mainly because it'd be my first Mac. (Well, personal Mac. I've been using my dad's iMac for years.) My only other realistic option is the Mac mini and I would rather have a laptop.
