Looks sweet! How do you like the reds for SC2? :) I have both browns, blacks, blues and some white alps. Blues are too noisy, browns feels weird, and blacks are too heavy. :b
Thanks :) I like red switches for SC2. I used blue switches before but I agree with you that they are too noisy, it gets annoying after a while. Red switches feels a bit like blacks but not as heavy. They don't have the "bump" that browns has.
Sweet! How much did it cost you?
Shine 2 costs around 150$. However Shine 3 is already out so if I would buy a new keyboard today it would be that one.
What do you do with the raspberry that you need a "webserver" or what does it even do? Ive always been confused about thaf
The Raspberry Pi is basically a very slimmed down computer. It has ethernet ports, HDMI output, sound output, S-video output and USB ports. Everything you need. Instead of harddrive you can plugin an SD card with a flashed OS on it. So you can flash for instance a Linux OS on an SD card and then run it from the device as a very simple computer, and it only costs 35$. What you do with it from there is up to the user. There are lots of different purposes. The creators themselves say that the primary role is to help people get used to and learn about hardware, electronics, programming etc. The Raspberry Pi has an IO ouput so you can use it to communicate with other electronic components as well. So it's like an experiemental device in some way. Personally I haven't really done a lot with it yet but I have configured it to work as a webserver by plugging it into my network and giving it a public IP. It has Debian OS running with php, MySQL, Apache server and a SSH client so I can control it remotely.
Thats awesome! Do you know where i can get one?
Where did you get your keycaps? I really want to get a set of greys or whites for the shine II
Ah! Thanks. Unfortunately I need the English edition.
Are you a member of liquid, or do you just really like them?
Dude that table is sick! I wanted to get one of those in white/grey, but now that I see the chrome legs I'd totally get one with chrome legs lol. Nice setup :)
