1.) What's that light panel on the bottom of your case
The case is the 900d I believe and there's a basement of sorts in the lower half. That is where the PSU is and the cables run from down there to behind the mobo tray.
Why thank you kind sir B-)
Just a quick question: why invest in a gigantic and expensive case like the 900D when you only use a corsair cooler and an ATX mobo? :P
I would stick an mITX in it. Why? Because reasons.
Because the 900D is the best case ever built. The space gives you clean installs. Some day I will upgrade to H2o with a dual loop system and I will need the room.
900D is far from being the best case ever built. Maybe the best for your budget. Try looking at caselabs next time.
As much as I hate agreeing with Psikeiro, he's 100% right.
Did you post this on /g/? i feel like i have seen this on /g/.
Not sure what G is?
It's a 4chan.org board. Technolo/g/.
Wow, this is probably my favorite build that i've ever seen on here. It just looks so....clean. I love this! What case is this??
It's the Corsair 900D. Sick, but expensive case.
I love that background. What kind of material is that? Looks fantastic man. Well done.
3M carbon fiber Vinyl sheet.
Thanks everyone for the kind words!
What is the bridge between your graphics cards? I know its probably something to do with "crossfire"? sorry its been ages since ive built or used a desktop
It's an SLI bridge, the Nvidia equivalent of Crossfire.
What a great build, I love seeing these new towers with carbon fibre vinyl on the back panel. How much time did you invest in getting the whole system up and runnig. Also is that a mirror at the bottom covering the PSU? I have a Led Strip going around my case powered by Molex and controlled with a IR remote. I would love to do such a clean build with my case, but my case hsa to many holes and I would basically have to add whole new metal panels inside!
Wow that looks so good, but i gotta ask: WHY ON EARTH THE BLUE LED RAM STICKS??
Really the price and the amount of RAM I was getting. They were out of RED which I wanted.
I guess there is no way to turn them off? (at least not without waranty void)
Thats a pretty awesome build!
I have OC my CPU from 4.5GHz-4.8GHz. It will need to be under water to be stable at the high clock speeds. The case lighting controller is from Corsair Link Lighting kit. But the LED's that come with the kit are too few. I I ordered a reel of LED's from Amazon for $17 and cut the connectors off of the Corsair LEDS and made my own.
I have added more photos for everyone.
Beautiful build. Very clean and visually appealing.
Wooooooooooooow! I love the gradient lighting effect, the custom panel on the mobo tray, the mirrored bottom pan, and so much more! Great job, thanks for the inspiration.
Where in the hell do I get one of those sick SLI bridges?
I have a friend with a beginner gaming rig and he chose one the hardest color to but products in. orange. hes just recently looking for a orange keyboard and im glad i came across this. what kind is that? thanks
How much would you sell it for?
How did you make that aluminium border looking dealy around the plexiglass at the bottom of the case?
How much did this setup cost you approximately? If you don't mind me asking of course!
The inside of your computer is really sexy!

I may be mistaken on this, but you do not have quad channel RAM. You have 2 sets of dual channel RAM. If you have bumped up the 2011 socket, that would have supported quad channel RAM.
There's no actual difference between dual channel RAM and quad channel RAM.
That's not what he's saying!
Thanks for that! I was about to explain what you just said, but you saved me the trouble.
That is true, but it is probably best to buy them in the format that you intend to use them. They are sold in pairs because they are equally binned so that stops errors and better stability over all. We have all been in the situation were its one bad memory stick cause your machine to either blue screen or prevent you from running the rest of your memory at their max.
Which is exactly the same thing as 4 single sticks, or 2 packs of 2 sticks, or a single quad pack.
This is not true. The quad channel RAM enables the throughput of the RAM. Dual channel enables 2 lanes for RAM and quad is four. If you compare results of rendering between dual channel and quad channel the results would be night and day.
No I know that, I have both quad and dual channel systems.
Actually it is Quad Channel RAM but my MB doesn't use the quad channel. The 2011 will be my next build when I hand this down to my girlfriend.
I really feel like u need to make a new post about wtf is in the back of your case!! the Carbon Fiber effect with what u bought is amazing. I would love to hear more about what its about.
I think 3M makes these vinyls sheets to stick it to your car's hood or roof for the carbon fibre effect. They have other patterns to I think.
This is ungodly beautiful, man. Nice rig.
