Thanks, i think monitor stands are hard to come by, so i just used my books. They are worth $600 (!)

I would recommend moving them maybe an inch away from the wall (the speakers), if you listen to heavy bass type music you are going to notice a really nasty rattle at higher volumes.

I've been looking at Ikea tabletops lately for my own build; I'm pretty sure that's a Linnmon (it looks too thick to be a Galant). The Linnmon was a little too light for me so I ended up with a Gerton which is more sturdy.

I love this desk. I wish it were a bit longer but this with a two $10 legs from Ikea is a cheap and stylish way to go. I have been using this top for over 3 years.

Yeah, i have that one-59 inches. No, it's damn light but it can hold some weight for sure. I have had this set up for a while and i have no sagging or bending, so you should be good.

Are those IPS Asus monitors?

I don't think they are merely because ASUS IPS monitors only come in >=23" and these look smaller than that.

I have the same case in black for my second PC which started out as a home server and has now been promoted to my media PC.

I like how that book contains all of history. Anyways, nice setup, really clean and neat.
