Same Monitor - Computer Setup

Comments

If you put a piano hinge on the back side of that, you could probably rest your arms more comfortably than with the hinges on the top.
Looks super awkward to use. Are you comfortable when you are gaming?
Extremely comfortable. My chair keeps my arms at the level of the desk.
Thats all that matters :)
I have a similar desk and I just fondle the hinges and screws all the time I'm at the desk.
Same case. I like it.
The case actually has gromets on the back which I thought was for water cooling. I may be wrong but I thought the rosewill blackhawk was made to accept a water cooling system?
It can barely take a h100
Same here! Best I've used in a long time. I love the cable management.
I also have that case. I cut out the top grill section to accept a water cooling radiator; worked perfect.
Razer Nostromo. People will tell you it is the Belkin N52, but you can clearly see from the hand rest that it is a 'Stromo.
Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
Yep, I've got the n52te myself. Pretty much the only difference is the nostromo has the Razer logo at the wrist, and instead the Belkin n52te has BELKIN across the base of your fingers on the rest.
I've got the same keyboard :D /brofist Logi G110 right?
Same here! I mean, i did. For future reference, it cannot survive being bathed in gin and soda.
Exactly what I thought of.
I have that same keyboard and monitor!
A Nostromo and what appears to be a Death Adder? A man after my own heart.
How do you deal with not having your mouse and keyboard on the same surface? I really need them to be level.
He probably does not play with his keyboard up there, he most likely uses it for typing and maybe even levels it with his mouse if he was using it during play.
Well, he has it level with the stromo.
I rarely use the keyboard to game. When I'm programming I'll slide in the drawer.
Nice gear. How's the gamepad working out for you? Been thinking of getting one sometimes, but I play MMORPG's and FPS both.
I can't imagine it would be good for either, it seems as though it would be good for a game with few binds, like Dota 2, Guild Wars 2, Diablo, Torchlight. For MMO's it is probably crap, when I play MMO's I tend to have about 10 not including 1-12.
Yup, I play DotA (wc3), D3, and a handful of various FPSes. Keymaps are handy on this, but if I was playing an MMO (and I veeeeerrryyyy seldom do), I'd probably try for a page of buttons for different macro setups (offensive, defensive/auras/buffs? and then non-combat perhaps?). There's 3 possible "pages" of buttons you can program (Red, Green, and Blue). Personally, Red is D3, Green is WC3/DotA, and blue i don't have a steady game for, just generic FPS controls.
I love the nostromo. It's extremely comfortable to use. I mainly play a lot of FPS. TF2 is my game, but I do find the number of keys available to be lacking sometimes.
I have the same desk. But I had to take the hinges off. Couldn't stand trying to rest my wrists on those things.
Yeah the hinges do get a little annoying.
Nice! Our setups are very similar. I actually have the exact same monitor I believe
Asus makes some great stuff
Same Speakers, Same Mouse, Same gamepad (nostromo) good choices
Same speakers, cheap & good
Up vote for razor naga and nostromo
Its actually an abyssus, which I prefer. The naga feel too heavy for me and I feel forced into a full hand grip rather than the claw which I prefer.
You have the miniature version of my computer case the Rosewill Black Hawk Ultra
Is that ssd socketed into the case like that? Or is that a badge of somekind? What case? That is radass.
The case is a rosewill blackhawk and it has a sata dock on the top. I have the conncections for the ssd I'm just too lazy to install it lol.
Just curious OP how much did your comp cost?
Lol all I have is a mouse, gamepad, and mousepad...
