Screen Monitors - Computer Setup

Comments

Is your wallpaper the room from The IT Crowd?
Indeed it is. I love that show!
Can I get a source? I have one similar but it's at a different angle
Haha, I love the contrast between the bare stark-white walls of the environment and the very cluttered desktop photo that vaguely feels like a similar angle/composition. If you stare at it right, the monitor's like a cut-out window into another version of the place.
Nice setup. What desk is that?
Ergotron Workfit-D. Was $568 on CDs with our discount which made it the cheapest sit stand desk I could find by a few hundred bucks.
Wow. I just found my next desk.
As simple of a design that it is, it works surprisingly well and only took about 15 minutes to assemble.
Cool. I have a GeekDesk Max, so I'm always curious about sit-stand solutions others have found. Cheers
If you don't mind me asking, what exactly do you do?
Sys admin for a steel foundry manufacturing plant. I do a lot of SQL record work so the portrait monitors are helpful.
What program do you use to get 3 task bars? Or are they 3 diff comps?
What size are your monitors? They look really huge.
Wide screen monitors look fucking massive when turned vertical and I'm not sure why. Seriously, if you have a 16:9 monitor, put it vertical... Looks taller than it should be and it scares me...
So is your desktop just spanned across all 3? What kind of applications are you running?
How do you get the start menu to appear on all three screens like that? I'm new to eyefinity / surround vision thing. Just set my first one up yesterday.
Display Fusion takes care of the start menu and wallpaper spanning
