2 Monitor - Computer Setup

I really like the window. Lots of folks with amazing computer setups put their machines in dark dungeon-like rooms. Also, the speakers look adequate, the chair looks comfy and the keyboard and mouse look premium quality.

Looks awesome but I can only help but feel a little off about the fact that the monitor is near the front edge of your desk O_o

I lean back in my chair and pull my keyboard all the way out, so I'm about 2-3 feet away from the desk when sitting. If I had my monitor near the back it'd be way to far away for my liking.

Sweet! I got the ones with Blues mostly because I program quite a bit. So Blues are a tad bit better (in my opinion) for typing.

Yeah that's what I heard. I mostly game and was sort of concerned with noise and heard that reds are the quietest so i went with those

Blues are fricking loud! But I like that, I always have music blaring through my headphones, so I don't hear them most of the time :(

I love my QFR with blues. It's really loud but I have noticed an increase in typing speed plus it's not too bad for gaming.

No, it's still way better than a normal keyboard for gaming. Once you get used to it, it's perfect for both.

Reds are more popular right now for some reason, but blacks are much quieter, IMO. The stiffer spring makes for a quieter clack.

What are the specs of your Glorious computer setup i'm curious.

It's pretty old, I'm actually doing a small renovation, new desk, and new computer. But for now these are the specs:

I would rather go for a Gaming setup with a window like that over one with 6 monitors.

Same, though I did use 2 monitors for awhile and it's frickin' nice to be able to game and watch Netflix :P

A 2 monitor set up is pretty efficient. It helps so much to be able to type a paper while looking at the sources without having to switch windows.

You don't even need a second 1080p (or nicer) monitor, you can get by with a cheap of of Craigslist/Kijiji almost as efficiently :)

Love the view. Would you happen to remember what desk that is and possibly where I could buy one?

It came with the house. But I would not recommend getting one. I'm trying to get away from it currently. It's flimsy, gets dirty easily, has very little cable management, and is overall just no good.

Wonderful window! I wish I had that kind of light.

I also have 2 skylights (roof windows) behind it, so the natural light is superb!
