3 Monitors - Computer Setup

Comments

I think you need a case that's a little bit more cable management friendly; dem spiderwebs.
Yeah.. the case works though. I keep all my cables in a column at best. I could get a larger case but this works with what I need it for.
That's a mean setup! Great computer setup. And wauw.. the upper screen..How many inches is that beast? I just think the wallpapres are a bit.. out of sync?
The wall paper is out of sync because of the screen resolutions. Since all three are 1080p, the top screen naturally can not cover enough distance to match the bottom two.
If you right click on the desktop, you can set up the screen location and sizes and make them perfectly in sync.
They can not be, since they are all the same resolution, the top screen is not virtually large enough to math the length of the bottom two combined.
Could you split an image into three parts, then "resize" or crop the top picture by the pixel density limiting factor of the tv? [2]
I can, I hadn't thought of doing that. Next project.
The top looks like a seal to me
Agreed. Either push the top one to the left or the bottom one to the right, gotta fix that jaw alignment.
That mouth is horribly off but this setup looks real nice
Could you post your wallpaper?
Love the set up - I recently started using 3 monitors at work but find it cumbersome to have 3 screens next to each other. When I can afford it at home - I'll definitely be using your 2 on bottom, 1 on top setup.
How did you get the task bar on each monitor. Is that a standard windows option?
Nope. Not even with the same resolution across monitors. Windows doesn't natively span the so called 'Superbar'.
Yep. He's using the upgraded (paid) version of DisplayFusion for that. Windows 8 does it natively, but DF allows you to group windows to the taskbar the window is on, which is a god send at work. So if it's on Monitor one, the window will be in the taskbar in that monitor and so on and so forth.
Man having a screen up so high is going to mess with your neck and back.
Looks like a cozy room.
I take it any plans for back moving out have been um, put on hold, in lieu of the obvious more important projects. Kudos.
You live at home
That's already in the title.
